We offer therapeutic massage treatment that is aimed to help your body to heal, relax and renew.

Keeping the ideal that the body, mind and spirit (emotions) are what make us who we are; our goal is to help you find a balance in order to optimize the state that will facilitate your body to self heal. I do not heal, I do not cure, I am the assitant in YOUR body's journey of healing and health.

Together with Microcurrent Point Stimulation, Swedish Massage can help release tension, stress and possibly emotional blockages that are hindering much needed circulation or blood flow, that is needed to heal.

I focus on releasing damaging deep scar tissue, new and old, to allow the flow of blood, lymph fluid and enerty to return to the tissue. Scars are much like a beaver damn. They are strong, sturdy but could also be damaging to the rivers and streams they connect to. Our connective tissue (fascia) is much like the bodies of water being damaged by these damns and the surrounding tissues change and adapt in a way that allows us to function, but so much has changed, that we are no longer balanced. Some scars are known to limit range of motion, affect internal organs and even change a person's mood. Scars for our childhood do not 'grow' with us, but become pulled and tighter and create misalignment in our body that we have become accustomed to and don't even realize the amount of structural stress we are in.

Scars are also a large contributor to an up load of sympathetic stress. Sympathetic stress is the bad stress, the stress that kills. Helping the body relax buy giving the Fight or Flight responce a break, you can begin to heal. You cannot heal if you are too busy hanging on by a thread! Treating scars and treating the Vagus Nerve can help regulate your Fight or Flight and Rest and Digest response. When can calm the nervous system, you can help the body heal.
